MIST Receives IAB Accreditation at Arch Summit 2025
The Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) has achieved a significant milestone as its Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program received official accreditation from the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) for the period January 2025 to January 2030.The accreditation was awarded on 12 December 2025 during the Arch Summit 2025. The certificate was formally received by Maj Gen Md Nasim Parvez, BSP, ndc, afwc, psc, Commandant of MIST, from Ar. Dr. Abu Sayeed M. Ahmed, President of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh. Col Sharif Ali Hossain, psc , Head and Assoc. prof.Md Sazzad Hossain (Head, B.Arch Program) of the Department of Architecture were also present there, along with the respected commandant.
This prestigious recognition underscores MIST’s continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence in architectural education.
